Before use, peel off and discard the white protective film.
Position the sheet with the clear protective film facing/contacting the dental model, according to the thermoforming procedure.

After thermoforming and cooling, remove the remaining protective film from the finished appliance.
Trim and finish the appliance according to your normal laboratory protocol.
Important: Follow the instructions and recommended settings of your thermoforming equipment. Heating and forming conditions may vary depending on the machine being used.
