DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Before use, peel off and discard the white protective film.

• Position the sheet with the clear protective film facing/contacting the dental model, according to the thermoforming procedure.

• Thermoform the material using the appropriate settings for your equipment.

• After thermoforming and cooling, remove the remaining protective film from the finished appliance.

• Trim and finish the appliance according to your normal laboratory protocol.

Important: Follow the instructions and recommended settings of your thermoforming equipment. Heating/forming conditions may vary depending on the machine being used.
